random crashes

can anyone help me my games randomly crash for no reason (gta 5 squad rust doom eternal) i checked for driver updates and windows updates but ther are non does anyone know why this could be happening?

temps are 60C=75C

my ram is oc to 3200 and my gpu was oc when i bought it temps are 60C-75C
