looking to upgrade a prebuilt that i got for a steal and give it to my nephew for christmas, 

hes looking to play games like fortnite R6 rocket league GTA all at 60fps 

not looking to spend a ton of money (max $300) 

i do have a 1050ti that i can get from a friend for cheap so a possbile

CPU upgrade maybe some ram i dont know much for what i can and cant do on this with Dells compatibly list

yeah a 1050 ti or 1650 (what i suggest) will do

btw if can you upgrade cpu too

Upgrade that CPU if possible! It's Socket AM4, so you SHOULD be able to snag a 1st generation Ryzen processor for cheap off fleabay and get waaaay better performance.
