planning upgrading a friends i5 2400, gtx1050 for 1080p

i placed 1660s for a place holder, hoping rtx3050 lies around that range and hopefully 5600 non x will be cheap but mobo b550 are insanly exp

Ryzen 3600, much cheaper, still good performance, and b450 mobo are insanely cheap.
