If my boot SSD fails and I re-install OS on new SSD, will it recognize my HDDs as storage and retain the data on them ??

Just installed new HDD, my SSD hasn't failed, but I want to make sure I have all my data if it does. So if I install windows on a new SSD will it recognize the drives and keep my data stored on them?

Yes. I do it all the time at work and soemtimes at home. No biggy there. Just be careful where you install Windows is all. :) Don't wanna reinstall on the wrong drive.
