hey i was removing jusb3 p[ort and it came out the board but i put it back in again would this meabn that my front case usb ports wont work?

ok so my jusb3 was broken when i tried getting out the connector in it with the pins

It will work as long as none of the pins on the USB 3 pin socket thing are touching.
