My setup

Ryzen 7 3880x

G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32gb 16x 2 3600

ASUS Rog Strix B550 F Gaming

It's been a long time since I've built a computer. So I decided to build another one. When I got my computer built, it ran fine. But I had the RAM in single channel, slots B1 & B2. So I seen today that they need to be in dual channel. So I put the RAM in A2 & B2, but it's only seeing 16gb in A2. When I go into bios and enable DOCP and reboot, it gets to the desktop and then reboots automatically.

Any help with this?

Thanks

test the stick from channel A2 in slot B2 with formerly B2 memory stick out of system (determine if the slot is bad)
If that works install uninstalled stick to A2. (if it works then it could've been ram stick not fully inserted)

If that recreates the issue try using slots A1&B1
