Can Sony Xb-900n be used for gaming?

headphones that advertise that are usually simulating a version of 7.1- which has drawbacks.

I bought these headphones just for music and videos and stuff but I wasn’t sure if it would be worth getting new ones for gaming.

Use them. If you're unsatisfied, look into other options

 

If you want to play fps games competitively, you might want something else.
