Are NVIDIA Control Panel 3D Settings where Power Management is set to performance, and is Windows Power Settings set to High Performance? Are you using any utility software that "prioritizes" cores for specific applications?

Yes i installed It again but the gpu is still at 1-3% in Task Manager in Afterburner it says 98% but the Benchscore isn‘t better now

Do you have Intel's Chipset drivers installed?

Chipset driver are installed

 

power supply is a HydroG
