TUF GAMING X570-PLUS Maximum CPU wattage !

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

14-phase 12+2 SiC639 50A, PWM 6-phase PCB 6-Layer, 5K caps

So a 5900X pulling 170 amp at 1.3v would be at it's 220w TDP rating.

If I had to guess, the board will handle 400-450w loads at max.

Hello, just like the title says, I need to find the maximum wattage this motherboard can supply to the CPU without saying goodbye. TUF GAMING X570-PLUS - For the life of me I can't find this number, anyone knows how to get it ? Thank you !

Are you comparing expectation with experience on Intel?

Many Intel boards I KNOW have the TDPPower limit values you can mess with.

I don't see WATTAGE in this one...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
