Quadro K4000 or something else?

I am looking for a GPU on the used market, that's basically as cheap as possible while still having a little bit of performance. Right now I'm thinking maybe a Quadro K4000 or K4200.

I need the card to either be single slot or have a heatsink that is small enough I can shave away various bits of the card to make it single slot (a EVGA GTX 1060 does fit this requirement except that the heatsink fins run perpendicular to the length of the card, not parallel). I also need the card to have either 6, 6+2, or 8 pin power (pcie power limits on the system is 25w).

Anyone got any thoughts? I really don't want to spend alot on it, just something recent enough to be usable.

Anyone have any suggestions?
