Pc case does some weird buzzing

My pc case does some weird noises like buzzing or something, I think it's my HDD because the sound comes the most out of the place where my HDD located is any fixes?

If you touch around inside the chassis does the buzzing stop at any point? Could be a fan, could be a HDD loose in a drive bay.

If I touch it it doesn't stop but I feel the sound with my hand a little bit

Sounds like the needle on the HDD. Does your computer say the HDD is doing something whenever you hear it? Is this your boot drive or just a storage drive?
