New PC plan

Budget (including currency): 1000-1500 Euros (pref. is at 1300 Euros)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly League of Legends but also Ark Survival Evolved and new games (Im a casual gamer and like to try other games for example: Watch Dogs Legion)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Im buying it sometime during january next year (2021). When the RTX 3070 is buyable.

I just want to know if it is a good combination and/or if other components are better in my case.

Because im new to PC building and everything my loadout is probably not the best and I m not sure what cooler I should use or the wraith prism cooler from ryzen is good enough.

Both systems make no sense at all.

 

The psu is good quality but too low wattage 650w at least for a 3070

The case has poor airflow get a mesh front case like a p300 mesh from phanteks and 2 cheap arctic p12 fans for better airflow in it at maximum silence.

Both builds have MASSIVELY overpriced motherboards it makes no sense at all you could buy a 3080 if you got a cheaper but just as good board.

You are already spending 3000 on a 3600xt might as well get the far better 5600x which is the better gaming cpu than both listed here

Also get 3600mhz ram for like 3$ more

You are spending considerably more than you need to on the motherboard and case.

 

My advice would be to buy a cheaper mobo and case, and spend the extra money on a higher wattage power supply and also on a more modern generation CPU. I doubt running a 3070 of 500W will be good for system stability, if it works at all, anyway.

Ryzen 5000 series is way to expensive and would almost exceed my budget with the graphic card alone

 

Because Im upgrading from my old computer I still have my 1 TB HDD and 250 GB SSD

What motherboard or case would you recommend me im not really experienced in such things

making a pcpartpicker list would be ideal but not necessary

This is perfect thank you I just need a CPU cooler could you recommend me one. I have heard that cooler master or noctua (idk the exact names) makes good ones. Im still trying to get other opinions but this is a good start ^^.

The go-to reasonable value for money air cooler is the Cooler Master Hyper-212, which is available in various aesthetic variants, including an RGB one if you're into that kind of thing. But I don't know if it would be enough for a 5600X.

The stock cooler that comes with the 5600X will do the job pretty well, but if you want something higher end you could go with this:
