Is 450W enough??

Sriyashas

I'm building a budget build:

Ryzen 3 3300x

GTX 1660 Super

Asrock B450M Pro4

2 case fans

Included cooler

1TB 7200RPM HDD

256GB M.2

2*8GB memory

Note: Any recommendations on the configuration are welcome.

As long as it's a decent 450W power supply then yes you're perfectly fine.  As for the configuration, I don't see any issues with it.

Yes, 400W+ would be plenty.

Do you have any specific PSUs in mind that you're considering?

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Ideally, I would get something better. Corsair's CV is among the better group regulated PSUs out there, but it's still just that - group regulated, which isn't particularly optimal for a modern system.

What country are you buying the parts from, and what is your budget (and currency) for the PSU?

If there are any specific websites where you're looking to purchase the parts from, we could try looking for better options there.
