Why I keep failing 3dmark stress test ?

Hello there,

So I have a new pc, I didnt put it together myself but I was running some tests with 3dmark to check everything is going aright.

 

I keep failing the stress test. I had a score between 93 to 95%. The gpu goes to temp limit it seems ? around 86c

Also, the noise its quite loud.

 

This is my pc 

INTEL MICRO CORE I7 9700F COFFEE LAKE 4.7GHZ TURBO

MOTHER Z390 AORUS

RTX 2080 Super Ventus OC

16 Ram

 

Could it be because I dont have any extra fans installed just the one on the back of the case ?

 

I will add the test file
