I need help ASAP. I changed my bios splash screen and now it turns on but no post. It activates my monitor to turn on. But nothing displays anyone know the issue

Did you try to reflash yur bios? 

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

If you have changed something in the BIOS and it does not work first of all try to clear cmos. It will drop bios settings to factory default settings. Just close both pins (see picture below) with the metal screwdriver or smth.
