Is this PC balanced?

I know everybody probably dislikes ibuypower here but I did a custom build on ibuypower as I'm inexperienced in building computers and I don't really know what I'm doing but I spent a while researching these parts to make sure they're good.

I just wonder if this is a good balanced computer, I heard that ibuypower sometimes cheaps out on the memory rendering the computer slow, so I just wanted to know from someone more adept in computers, is this thing balanced?

I see absolutely nothing wrong with or unbalanced about this setup. ibuypower is a pretty solid builder. If you get that I'm sure you'll be pretty happy.
