I'm trying to turn on my PC, the rgb and fans all turn on, but the monitors, keyboard, and mouse won't turn on.

Its a new build, I have turned it on once or twice before but for some reason it can't anymore.

I have an i9-10850k

A msi 2060

Mpg z490 edge motherboard

Evga supernova 750ga power source

And 2tb Seagate hard-drive 

 

I'm not sure whats the issue but I have my suspicions on the motherboard, even though the rgb turns on.
