The 3600/x costs too much to be worth it atm, while the 5600x and 3070/6800 are out of your budget and out of stock anyway.

Alright so would you say this is the best for the budget or is there stuff you can work around upgrading a bit? Like maybe getting an m.2 instead of the ssd
