you certainly do not. you can get those cheap keys off of sites like Kinguin, Ebay, whatever. DO NOTE that these keys may have been obtained through morally questionable or illegal (or not officially allowed) ways.

You may not need 32 most likely but it could be a creature comfort using blender. you may also want to invest in a hdd for storage.

are you going to use stock cooler?

The $30 keys are off of sites like eBay that seller them cheap as they come from OEMs/big corporations that buy Windows keys in bulk and the remaining they try and sell off cheap to recoup their losses. This is shady and if Microsoft finds out that you somehow managed to get one of these keys, they will revoke the license.

I buy my copies of Windows 10 Home from Amazon or at your local brick and mortar store.

Also, get an air cooler or AIO to keep temps down.

You can get a Windows 10 Pro key at Link for like $13. Just follow Tech Yes City on YouTube. He posts their links in his videos descriptions and offers a discount code. Personally I use eBay keys which run for $5. I'd rather put my money into the components.

Sip? Did you mean AIO with Autocorrect? I personally only recommend air coolers.
