What is this boot screen?

Hello! 

 

I am having this screen whenever i boot my pc and it takes too long to boot my pc. I even have ssd. Please help!

Check your boot priority in bios, it might be trying to boot from the network before the SSD.

This is your PC trying to boot from the network instead of your local drive, it will wait a bit to see if it can boot from the network before transferring to booting from the drive. You can skip it by pressing escape. And you can fix it by changing the boot order in your BIOS.
