Need help choosing a laptop

Hello, i hope this is the last time i post this:

I need to find a laptop (can be used, probably will be) that fits these requirements:

1. Works (obviously)
2. Has a fullhd display, and nothing below 13" in screen size
3. CPU has an overall passmark score of 3000 or above and a single thread of at least 1500
4. 8 gb of ram OR 4gb but is possible to upgrade to 8
5. Under 300$ (less than 90000Huf)

I don't care if it's integrated graphics, as long as what i mentioned is present/checked i'm fine

(though i prefer avoiding tablets and chromebooks)

You can't get anything new that fits those requirements. And used the most you can get is a Thinkpad T460 or X260(the x260 is 12.5 t460 14), with some kind of 6th gen i5 or i7(6200U, 6300U...). Also both of the laptops I mentioned can have either 720p or 1080p screens.

both of those computers used are more than 350 $

Except I think he is from Hungaria, and bestbuy doesn't deliver there.

Hungaria isn't a country, it's Hungary

and besides, with taxes it would cost WAY more than 350$
