i have a i5 4460 with 32gb ddr3 ram and 3x8tb hdd what program would be good to run as a media server

No need to do anything fancy, Windows will do networking sharing and Plex perfectly fine.

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)
