Confused by a monitor name (what a surprise)

I want to buy the above mentioned monitor but now i m about to, i see 2 different models, the second has an "A" in the end.
The A is 445Euros and the non A is 500
Does anybody know the difference?

I compared the two and the only differences I could find was
-The A has no FreeSync "Pro" 
-According too dell it's a "slower" IPS pannel
that's all I could find

Just get the A.

well i found similar on my research. Or it's just a firmware update
