Using TV's 3.5mm jack to output Bluetooth

Hello,

 

Can I turn the 3.5mm output jack on my TV to use Bluetooth and connect to my headphones wirelessly? I found many devices but not sure which one is good, maybe the one that does not have latency.

Also, is it possible to do it via the TV's USB ports? Or 3.5mm is better?

thank you. and what device can I use to make it Bluetooth transmitter? preferably without delays. there are just too many and I'm not sure which one will do the job (And some of them are only "receivers")
