Any B550/X570 board should work. Typically the only difference between same-chipset motherboards is their features and layouts.

that's not right, they are not compatible with b550 boards.

OP, go with any b450 board.

i need names of specific boards cause when you go onto pc part picker it says it compatible but im not sure

If PCPartPicker lists a motherboard as compatible, it means that the BIOS has been updated by the manufacturer:

If PCPartPicker displays a potential compatibility issue, the some resellers may be selling boards with an older BIOS:

B550 motherboards do not support G SKU CPUs.

Did not know that.

Personally, I think that's dumb. If you're getting a G SKU chip, you're likely aiming for a budget build.

And X570 is more expensive than B550.

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

PCpartpicker I have found to not always be up to date with the board compatibility, I've come across situations like the ax370 where it says that it and 2000 series chips are not compatible where it says "ryzen 2000 ready" right on the box....
