Help with a new pc

Just got a new pc , but a lot of my games stutter . What can I disable or what can I do to get better performance out of my pc 2080 ti , i9 9900k , 16gb ram , aourus master mobo.. thank you

Have you installed all drivers?

shuttering? That's not normal for your hardware, if drivers don't help it could be a hardware problem.
