Hi I was trying to update my bios but I wasn’t successful and than I decided to overclock my system a bit more than usual and it said that the memory wasn’t successful in overclocking than it when back to default and after that my screen went black and I haven’t been able to post can someone help please? And the system started up normally no lights on the motherboard that tells me something is wrong

Clear your CMOS first. Instructions are in your motherboard manually. It can be done either by removing the CR2032 CMOS battery for a few minutes with the system unplugged or shorting two specific jumpers on the board for a few seconds. Or if your motherboard is fancy, from pressing a button.
