Chrombook Wireless Internet Issues

So a few minutes ago I tried to download a 200mb file and it was downloading at about 1 mb a second. Also earlier I was uploading a 15 minute youtube video and it took an hour to upload. I have 300mb internet up and down so it is not my internet. My internet is working fine on my other devices. I plugged ethernet into my chrombook and I downloaded that same file and it downloaded within a few seconds. So I think it has something to do with my chrombooks wireless internet. In the past I have noticed that on my chrombook I can only get up to 180mb on speedtest useing my wireless internet while on my phone I can get up to 300mb no problem.

Probably uses a crappy WiFi adapter. Chromebook are meant to be cheap, not necessarily fast.
