I don't see a problem here. Continue and see if it can boot into Windows now.

he has a prebuilt C series cyberpowerpc et8880 if that's not specific enough he's got a a320m r4.0 board with a Ryzen 5 3600X. The PSU is fine with enough wattage.

did the 2300X work after the BIOS update?

If the BIOS update failed, neither CPU would work, but if the 3600X was the problem, it would be the only non-working CPU

 

but phase1_initializer_fail is a bluescreen error, as far as I know, correct? does that mean you can get to windows?
