It does seem like the original price for that case should be around 130-140 CAD. 109 is just the sale price at Canada Computers and NewEgg at the moment.

Doesn't seem to me like you're missing something. I would recommend you buy three individual fans as opposed to the triple fan kit, though. The case already comes with a Lighting Node CORE that supports up to 6 fans, so you don't the one that's included in the triple fan kit. Buying three individual fans (without the node) is also slightly cheaper than the triple fan kit ($83.97 vs $99.99).

I can guarantee you that the fans cost the lesser, not the case

 

And good, don't buy overpriced junk. Get an RGB strip and a few actually good fans like Silent Wings

Unless you're using an AIO liquid cooler, I don't see why you would need RGB at top. It's more of an aesthetic choice anyways. Having intake and rear exhaust RGB seems good enough for me.
