Electronic signature pad for desktop - help me choose a model please

tempbond

As I work from home like many other people, I've managed to put in workarounds to sign documents, but such a device would be really handy.

I've started looking at different brands and models, but I've never used one before, so I don't know what's a good one. I know basic ones have a screen that stays blank when you sign, others "shows" your handwriting and others even display the document. I would like one that displays your handwriting, but i don't need one that displays the document.

Seems Topaz are the most popular. I'm thinking of something like the T-LBK460-HSB-R, but it's around 340$ and i'd like to spend 200$ at most. I know there's cheaper brands out there, especially if you look at unbranded/unknown models from sites like Aliexpress and the like.

I would definitely need a model that creates a time stamp underlayed to the signature image in the document (need to sign Word and PDF documents), but I know that's from the software, so I would need a model that comes with such software.

Thank you !

It depends on what software you use to sign documents. Programs like Adobe I don't think it's tablet that adds the timestamp, rather it's Acrobat itself. I would strongly look into something like a Wacom Intuos Creative Small Pen - 4 buttons - Black | Dell Canada

I don't know who you are dealing with but you don't need to physically sign every single document. Adobe PDF Reader has a built in signing feature. You just scan your signature and then you can apply it as many times as you want.

Lots of businesses also use services like Docusign.
