how do I fixed this "Some AMD B550 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vermeer CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."

You'll update the bios. You can do this by getting a board with a flash button, putting a usb in(with the update on it) and following that process

 

or by taking it to a store/someone with a compatible cpu and updating it through the bios

You beg/borrow/steal an old CPU so the system will boot, update BIOS to the latest, then slap in the CPU of choice

On most Asus rog motherboards you don't need to worry about it. You can update the bios with only a usb drive. You don't even need a cpu if you use that.
