Rgb Headers not functioning

Need Assistance

I just purchased the ASUS ATX TUF GT301 case along with the Asus Rog Strix B550-F Gaming mobo

and through the Aura Sync i can see that the Rgb Headers are in sync, but i am unable to change colours?

At first i was able to change the colours of the fans through Aura Sync in Armoury Crate but then it just stop functioning

but everything else i'm still able to change colours like the Ram and my Asus Rog XG279Q monitor.

the case is argb 5v not 12v...
