Night Auditor in search of a Personal Laptop for doing work.

I need suggestions on two things:

 

A pen and tablet pad system that is compatible with a new laptop 

 

AND

 

 A laptop that can handle the following Programs (Mostly Adobe):

Unity -> for 2d games

Twine -> https://twinery.org/

Creative Cloud 

- Photoshop

- Illustrator

- Acrobat DC

- Animate

- Character Animate

- possibly media encoder

 

Hardware requirements:

- Bluetoothy

- ability to turn off mousepad 

- 18-24" screen

- numpad but not a requirement

 

I need a powerful laptop instead of a tower because most of my work will be done during traveling or during downtime between audits.

 

I am budgeted around 800-1500 for the laptop itself and 200-500 for the pad. 

 

I live in America and have no experience building computers, so for this travel system I am looking for something prebuilt (One day I will build my own PC).

 

Basically I want to know what worked for you or what I should avoid. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
