My Laptop crashes at full load if I run prime95 or if I open 10 4k videos it crashes but no BSOD it just reboots the pc. Its not memory because I used memtest and it doesn't crash or give any errors. But the weirdest thing is if I run Cinebench the laptop doesn't crash

What laptop are you using... laptops aren't necessarily designed for extensive heavy workloads with the exception of true workstation class ones. I'm talking Dell Precision level of laptops.

What are you temps during prime95?

I did undervolt but the same thing happens when I turn undervolt off
