The clip is bit too short to tell. I got bit similar buzzing sound on my GPU and Asus support confirmed it to be coil whine.

Does it only happen when gaming? Did you pay attention to fan speeds? Do you still get the sound if you lower graphical settings or limit FPS? Is it a new card?

My card didn't have coil whine before I moved my setup to a new rig. It's weird. The sound disappears after 30-40minutes of gaming so I guess it's sort of "coil warm up".

Maybe you should do what I did; send the sound clip to Gigabyte support and ask them. Maybe check if the power cables are connected properly on both sides. Check if fans hit anything when spinning.

If the card is performing as expected then it's probably working as it should... but of course that noise is bit annoying. It's possible that it goes way by itself. But better check from Gigabyte first.
