Computer Complete freeze

My pc has been running fairly stable for the past couple years but recently whenever my pc would be on for a couple of hours everything would crash, my monitors would flicker on and off for 30 seconds, then it would either crash and bluescreen or only one monitor would work. So I tried buying new ram which didn't help the problem and it still is managing to crash and I found this happening before I crash.
