Apex Crashes entire Pc

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

Which bios are you running the Cpu?

Agesa 1.0.8.0 or 1.1.0.0 patch B or Beta 1.1.0.0 patch C?

(can use Cpu-Z motherboard tab to see bios revision. 1004 or 1202 or 1212(beta).

Try any of the bios's you are not currently running.

Just got a 5600x and a 550 motherboard yesterday. My pc plays every other game just fine at high settings. I thought it was maybe cause I overclocked my cpu but even at stock apex crashes the entire pc. Updated my gpu drivers. Anyone know the problem. Played fine on my 2700x before. Im using an AIO and temps are staying well under 60C so its not a overheating problem. No matter what voltage I put it at, it crashes. No clue as too why. Don't know if it has to do with my slow ass ram. Planning on upgrading that in the upcoming weeks. Played siege max out on everything no problem. Really confused rn.

Gpu: EVGA RTX 2080

Motherboard: ROG Strix B550 Wifi

CPU: 5600x

Ram: 3000Mhz Corsair Vengeance LED

Power Supply: Corsair 850
