Can any one help me with the wiring of the MOBO and the hardware with my PSU

So your front panel LEDs, and power button will go to JFP1 or 2 on the bottom right of the board, whichever of the 2 your connector fits into. Thankfully they're all combined into one so there's less guess work required. Your front panel USB which looks like the thicker black cable would go to JUSB1. Not sure why JUSB2 seems to have an extra pin. And the thin white cable would go to the JAUD on the bottom middle portion of the board.

It may or may not. I don't think socket 478 boards had the ability to boot from USB. You can try to go into the boot menu and see if that option is present.

Ok so are there any adpter available using which i will be able to use SATA 3 with the IDE ?  https://www.amazon.in//
