Cool, and the CPU also has a cooler? You have thermal paste?

I'll try to do something in paint now for your pictures.

Not sure if that board will boot from USB. Looks like a socket 478 board, way before booting from USB was a thing.

For the basics, you need to hook up the PSU to the two power connectors on the motherboard:

The 20-pin connector at the top left of the picture, and the 4-pin connector at the bottom left of the picture. The PSU should only have 1 cable each that fits these.

Then, on the Motherboard, you need to hook up the Front Panel connectors. The picture is too low resolution for me to tell precisely where they go, but likely they go into the black jumper pins at the top right of the picture. Normally these pins are labeled with exactly what plugs into where. Technically the only thing needed here is the Case Power Button pins - the lights aren't technically required.

The CD drive needs to be plugged into a PSU power cable (Likely 4-pin Molex - it's the only cable that'll fit), and an IDE cable - (either the blue or black long ports on the motherboard - one is the primary port for the HDD, the other is for the CD drive - the ports should be labeled with a number to tell you which is which).

The Audio portions of the CD drive will plug into the motherboard - you'll just have to match the cable with the correct port - only one should fit.

To be more specific I'd need a high resolution picture of every centimeter of the motherboard - and ideally also the part number to see if there's a reference manual.

For Sale: Meraki Bundle

iPhone Xr 128 GB Product Red - HP Spectre x360 13" (i5 - 8 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD) - HP ZBook 15v G5 15" (i7-8850H - 16 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD - NVIDIA Quadro P600)

We'll need a higher resolution photo to help you with the front panel connectors. But from my experience, and looking at how long the cables are, their respective headers should be on the bottom right corner of the board.

So referencing my diagram before:

image.png.d9fbc970f8c31346201dc925f07480b1.png

The top right corner is for your 20 PIN ATX power which will be from the PSU. Top left is the 4-pin P4 CPU Power which would also be from your PSU. You should only have one square 4-pin connector on that PSU. The rest on the PSU would be Molex connectors for your DVD, HDD, and possibly fans.

So referencing my diagram before:

The top right corner is for your 20 PIN ATX power which will be from the PSU. Top left is the 4-pin P4 CPU Power which would also be from your PSU. You should only have one square 4-pin connector on that PSU. The rest on the PSU would be Molex connectors for your DVD, HDD, and possibly fans.

They all use the same connector (i.e Molex). So it doesn't matter. All desktop IDE DVDs and HDDs used Molex. Case fans back then also primarily used Molex.

Now that's something I've never seen before. But based on the name, it seems to just be an LED to indicate network activity. LAN standing for Local Area Network and typically refers to Ethernet. I wouldn't worry about that, it shouldn't prevent you from booting. Just leave it out for now.

Won't there be voltage differences in all ports ??126426871_185081136491185_6193144214982840902_n.jpg?_nc_ht=scontent.cdninstagram.com&_nc_cat=101&_nc_ohc=wEBJ8au2fR4AX9l5QCd&tp=18&oh=031fab813c7df2b63bb5e6c6a4992c0a&oe=5FE0949F&ig_cache_key=MjQ0NjA2OTUzODgxNTY4MzY0MA%3D%3D.2

For Molex? Nope. They're all standard. It's like how SATA power nowadays is used on DVD drives, HDDs, and SSDs. You can think of SATA power as the spiritual successor to Molex. Plus if you look at your PSU, all of the Molex connectors are daisy chained together.
