Posting the pcpartpicker permalink makes it easier to review a build and available options.

Why a Titan Black?

Do  you plan to buy memory?

Why such a large psu?

Why did you choose the G1.Sniper 5 motherboard?

no ram? :P nice

please tell me you are going to use a 4k monitor with this build

Haha the reason why no RAM is because I was gonna get some RAM off newegg.com that I couldn't find on PCpartpicker. :P I will add that in.

Titan Black was to see how much I could go full out on this build and stay under 3k.

Yes I plan to but memory, I have already picked out some Corsair Vengence LP white edition.

Large PSU is because I plan to SLI in the future and Watercool so I wanted to get a big enough power supply.

The G1.Sniper 5 was because I heard it can SLI 4 cards, comes with a wifi card and antenna, can Watercool the chipset, and is top of the line when it comes to a gaming motherboard. Also because I didn't know if it would be good for media storage, music production, and livestreaming.

Build looks fine if you have a 3K dollar budget.

You can get more bang for your buck with a $180 MoBo + 2x 780ti - but sounds like you have deep pockets and price/performance ratios don't matter much.

Only serious recommendations I have, is to stay away from the Titan, and wait for 800 series. And think about what you mean by "future". Don't spend a ton of money on "future plans" with High performance PCs. Your 3K build is going to be obsolete in 2 years. The $1k titan will be given a run for by a $600 card in a year. (But, that's always the case..... :(  )

If you really want to have four gpu in SLI you should be looking at LGA2011 socket cpu and X79 motherboards. In which case, unless there is a pressing need, you may want to wait for Haswell-E cpu and X99 motherboards.

In single card configurations GTX 780 Ti perform within the margin of error compared to Titan Black.
