I was trying to fix my neighbor's old laptop which was an AXIOO M1110 (Atom N450, 1gb RAM). Basically it wouldn't boot to windows and always prompting to do a system recovery. Doing that will only restarts the laptop, doing what I mention at the top all over again.

So I figured that it needs a OS reinstall. So I put the drive to my external drive enclosure. But, when I plugged it in to my windows laptop, the drive was unreadable. Then I tried using Linux or Ubuntu to be exact and hey ho! it was able to read the drive and I managed to procured all the data.

Then I wipe the drive and installed windows 7 on it. Naturally when installing windows it restarted by itself. But when it restarted it kept on doing this

By using a video editor I managed to get this

After that I tried installing windows using another laptop. But when I put the drive back I kept doing mention above.

Man I don't know what to do anymore. Does anyone have a solution or maybe have had this problem before???

May wanna try a live linux boot. Could be that the drive or ram is faulty.
