This is better...I dont think that you can get a 10100f for 79 dollars,i choose ryzen because you are also doing premiere. There is 3200mhz ram for the same price. I spent extra for a better ssd. 5600xt is slightly better than a 1660 super. The case and power supplies were both better deals.

Don't spent more on the cpu cooler than on the cpu itself. I would suggest using the stock cpu cooler.

 

Given the budget I would forgo the parts when they cost more than comparable non ebb ones.
