I'd get a i3-10100 for the cpu. I can't help you with the motherboard, though.  The ram seems solid. I'm not sure about the ssd- Maybe go for a MX500 instead. That Case *really* needs to go. In it's place I'd reccomend a Focus G with No additional fans for an ATX form factor, and a Cooler master MB311L for a Matx form factor. GPU and PSU seem fairly fine. Not sure about the internet, though

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Is there a variant of the i3 10100 without integrated graphics?

would a i3 10100f be fine to save money or should i stick to the i3 10100?

The F's don't come with integrated graphics, in case you don't want to use a gpu for some reason, or you need to troubleshoot. It should be fine, either way. So go ahead
