Upgrading from a prebuilt pc

Budget (including currency): 5000-7000 SEK 

Country: Sweden 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Playing games like Gta, The fallen jedi. COD and Battlefield at less than 100% cpu usage. 

Other details My current build is a acer prebuilt (GX 781) With a i5 7400, 1660 super, 16 gb of Corsair vengeance lpx at 2400mhz and a 1 tb ssd. The 1660 super and 16 gb ram are components which i have upgraded since i bought the pc and would like to keep them to the new build. I really only care about getting solid 60 fps which i find my graphics card is doing pretty good. But my CPU is always at 100%. I sometimes cut out on discord while playing gta and good which i think is because of the cpu. I also would like to through on a YouTube video on my second monitor while playing Cod cold war for example. The temps in my current prebuilt case aren't to good either. So yeah that's about it. Hope i don't sound to stupid. Thanks in advance :) 

 

Edit: This will be my first time building a whole pc so a case that is easy to build is something I would like :)
