$1500 first build which video card? 4k editing?

Taemero

Budget (including currency): $1500

Country:  US of A

Games or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, 4K video editing, Fortnite, Among Us

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

This pc is for a friend. They currently game on a dell xps 15 2019. They have an lg 27 in 1440p w/ 144-fps, but can only drive75 FPS due to HDMI. I know the graphics card will be able to Keep up with the monitor but Would this pc be able to handle 4k editing? And should we wait for reviews to come out on the amd graphics cards? Also I know some money is going to RGB, but it’s necessary....for frames of course.
Thanks!

it all depends on what applications you use, most dont care if you have 3600mhz or 4200mhz, just as long as it is at least 3200mhz

Okay so RAM looks good? I can get a good deal on the gskillz so that’s why I went a little over.
