help with squid

so I've been trying to make squid server work on vmware but nothing work

the OS is Linux Debian

why i want to run it

i really like the caching future i have a repair computer shop  and it will save bandwidth for updating windows and anti-virus

the problem

i can't find squid

# apt-get install squid3
