3600 is generally better but 10400f is cheaper

sorry for the late reply i was up all night working on a project. i will be livestreaming, gaming, recording, making games in Unity and Editing videos and other things in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

Then i would recomend the 3600, since it's better for most of what you're doing, IF you have the money for it. And you have to keep in mind that the ryzen pretty much needs fast RAM. But if you can spend the extra, I Would go for it. It can be OCed, and it has a significantly higher base clock. Just remember to have ram of no less than 3000mhz. And please update me when you have decided on a build😀

how do these parts sound i don't know that much about pc's so i just went with these parts from NewEgg

 

Corsair iCUE 220T RGB PC Case
ASRock B460 PRO4 LGA 1200 Motherboard
MSI Radeon RX 5600 XT
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 GA, 80 Plus Gold 750W PSU

3600, but I would strongly recommend Ryzen 5 5600x even if you have to save a little more or wait availability.
