Need new graphics card

So ive been wanting to build a computer recently and ordered parts for it.

Ive been informed that the current store im ordering for can't get my chosen graphics card. 

Can anybody recommend me a graphics card close to the specs of this one.

Mainly looking for the exact same specs and possibly a upgrade.

Not sure what you are aiming for but this build seems kinda unbalanced. Anyway, for GPU, 2070 should be around the same performance as 5700 XT. Maybe you can squeeze for 2070 super.
