How do I select that particular pages to be on my default home screen and how to rearrange the pages?

I’m not sure if This is a windows 10 wallpaper or a web browser issue. I believe a screen shot can be turned into a wallpaper if that’s what you mean.  A “homepage” implies a browser of some sort.  There are a bunch of those though

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Is this an Android phone?

 

Usually it's something like a long press on an icon to move them around, or a "pinch-out" zoom motion to get to home page configuration. Will depend on particular OS version and launcher Oppo uses.

It's an android phone.
